Rules for up and downvotes

Hello,

We are trying to implement the Achievement & Ranks functionality optimally, We however noticed something missing when implementing this. 

We were missing the ability to add rules to the Up and downvote buttons for questions,

Is this maybe something that can be implemented in the future?
