Is there a way to see a report of storage usage by each user?  That information is available in a user's profile page in the Admin CP, but I am looking for a report that pulls this information together in one view to help me determine appropriate storage limits for each user group based on historical data.

There is no such report available at the present time, unfortunately. Please feel free ti post this up within our feedback section if you wish to see this in future releases.

You could go to /admin/?app=core&module=overview&controller=files and manually copy/paste the output from each page out to a csv file.

Or you could install this plugin and click the lovely shiny '(NE) Download report' button that now appears on that page 😉
