Posted November 18, 20213 yr Hi - I am still setting up my board as an Admin and was able to get all of my profile fields working, etc. I was always able to update my profile as I was testing it. Now, whenever I go to update the profile and change something, when I go to save-- I get the dreaded circle that keeps spinning (see attached). I have tried this on 4 separate computers in different locations, so I know it is not a hardware and connection issue. Any ideas on what may be causing this to happen? I seemed to have coincided when I added a profile section where people could select multiple checkboxes to show which industries they had experience in. Thank you! Brian
November 18, 20213 yr Author Thanks @Daniel F. I see two errors coded 3S101B. Please see attached. However, the system errors were on Nov 4th, and the profiles issues just happened today. Also, the error url says: /forum/admin/?app=forums&module=forums&controller=…
November 18, 20213 yr Author @Daniel F In looking at the system log, the only things I see in there (see attached) are from a few days ago when I was clicking on an invalid URL . Thanks!

December 7, 20213 yr You got an email from us on nov. 18, asking to review the login credentials we have on file. Please make sure that they’re correct so that we can investigate this issue.

January 18, 20223 yr Solution We have located the issue. A chrome extension was causing issues with the request?! Very very very weird, but once it was disabled, editing profiles worked again.
