Brian Heg Posted November 18, 2021 Posted November 18, 2021 Hi - I am still setting up my board as an Admin and was able to get all of my profile fields working, etc. I was always able to update my profile as I was testing it. Now, whenever I go to update the profile and change something, when I go to save-- I get the dreaded circle that keeps spinning (see attached). I have tried this on 4 separate computers in different locations, so I know it is not a hardware and connection issue. Any ideas on what may be causing this to happen? I seemed to have coincided when I added a profile section where people could select multiple checkboxes to show which industries they had experience in. Thank you! Brian

However, the system errors were on Nov 4th, and the profiles issues just happened today. Also, the error url says: /forum/admin/?app=forums&module=forums&controller=…

Solution Daniel F Posted January 18, 2022 Solution Posted January 18, 2022 We have located the issue. A chrome extension was causing issues with the request?! Very very very weird, but once it was disabled, editing profiles worked again. SeNioR- 1
