Brian Heg
Hi - I am still setting up my board as an Admin and was able to get all of my profile fields working, etc. I was always able to update my profile as I was testing it. Now, whenever I go to update the profile and change something, when I go to save-- I get the dreaded circle that keeps spinning (see attached). I have tried this on 4 separate computers in different locations, so I know it is not a hardware and connection issue. Any ideas on what may be causing this to happen? I seemed to have coincided when I added a profile section where people could select multiple checkboxes to show which industries they had experience in. Thank you! Daniel F
Do you see any logged errors in your system log?
Brian Heg
Thanks @Daniel F. I see two errors coded 3S101B. Please see attached. However, the system errors were on Nov 4th, and the profiles issues just happened today. Also, the error url says: /forum/admin/?app=forums&module=forums&controller=…
Daniel F
I mean the system log and not the error log!
Brian Heg
@Daniel F In looking at the system log, the only things I see in there (see attached) are from a few days ago when I was clicking on an invalid URL . Thanks!

Marc
Looking at the ticket there, we are still awaiting access details for this
Solution Daniel F Posted January 18, 2022 Solution Share Posted January 18, 2022 We have located the issue. A chrome extension was causing issues with the request?! Very very very weird, but once it was disabled, editing profiles worked again. SeNioR-
