When I access the client area to get technical support, it is just an endless circle of links that lead nowhere. There is no support available. Is this temporary or a glitch? Thanks!

Client Area works fine for me as well. What do you mean by "an endless circle of links that lead nowhere." btw?

Things seem to be working fine here when clicking "Support Request" in the Client Area. If you're not getting a popup modal with options for forum or submitting a contact request after clicking the Support Request button below, you may want to clear your browser's cache:

 

I found it, thank you! They moved it, so I didn't know where to look. My page doesn't look like this. My "get support" is way down at the bottom of the page. Thanks!
