Groups and profile settings Profile settings I have set to Enabled by default Status updates will be enabled by default, but users will be able to disable them for their account It could be a permisison issue. Have you enabled Can post status updates? for your members groups? It is a group permission btw. Yeah that's what doesn't make sense. permissions are correct as far as I can see.

September 26, 20213 yr Community Expert That is strange. If that settings is enabled for groups, they should have no problem using the staus update.
September 28, 20213 yr I managed to do it. It was a setting in the system. Which setting was it, if you don't mind saying? Others who read this later may have the same issue and would benefit from knowing.
