Posted March 8, 20214 yr What is the quickest way to make sure all members are in their correct promotional groups by post count? I had originally a few of these groups but added a new one in between the others and I don't want to have to go through every single account to check. I've been through a few of them and some are out of sync. Thanks.
March 8, 20214 yr Group promotions works through a task that runs on occasion and is not immediate. If you think your promotions aren't working correctly, submit a support request as there may be a bug.

Best way to accomplish this is to rebuild Reputation or post counts. It will trigger the group promotions rules for everyone.
