As an Admin, when I choose the moderator option of "feature"  a topic, what happens? Iv'e had Invisio on three of my forums and I cant see that anything gets featured anywhere. 

 

Featuring is similar to a "pin" of a thread its just a different marker for it and doesn't keep it at the top. You would want to use a topic widget that shows "Featured" items to utilize that flag.

My homepage uses all "Featured" topics because I told the block to only show Featured topics 🙂
