Group promotion rules question

Hi,

I tried to make some group promotion rules where:

1. inactive members are moved into another group if they don not post anything in a month. All good at this point but if they make some posts I want them moved back in the previous group and I didn't saw a solution for that.
2. members who reach a certain numbers of post are moved into a premium group for 3 days for example and after I want them back in the previous group.

This can be done only with group promotions or i need a plugin?
