Translating import rss feeds

Hi all,

Not sure if this goes here but i was wondering if it is possible to automatically translate import rss feeds? My small rare disease forum (www.wijhebbensarcoidose.nl) uses the Dutch language but almost all of the scientific news concerning the rare disease, is in English which takes a long time to translate.

I tried google and found using google script but for IPS it doesnt seem to work.
