Help with Fatal Error/Warning after 4.4.3 upgrade

I receive these messages all of a sudden after upgrading my forum to 4.4.3.  I am unsure what is causing it and could use some assistance if anyone knows how to correct it.

Warning: require_once(../init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/lirp2019/public_html/members/index.php on line 11

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '../init.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php71/lib/php') in /home3/lirp2019/public_html/members/index.php on line 11

Just to update on this, I ended up downloading the complete 4.4.3 package and uploading it and overwriting the files previously upgraded and this totally resolved my issue.  Ran the Upgrade and it stated it was good to go and the errors associated to it were also corrected.  Everything is now running fine again.  Hope this may help someone else who may experience this issue.
