Looking for coder to optimize PHP/MySQL queries

Hello, I am looking for a coder who can "optimize" a PHP file I execute via a cron job, which contains numerous MySQL queries on the database. The issue I am having is that every time the cron job is executed, my server is timing out and unaccesible until the cron job is completed.

I have a feeling the code is not optimized at all and this is what's leading to the timing out.

I am currently using:

PHP: 7.2.14

MySQL: 5.5.5-10.2.21-MariaDB
