Limit number of reply per x hours for specific thread(s)

Hello,

I am looking for an enhancement where designated threads would enforce a limit of replies per member per x hours.

For example, a thread that has ongoing bickering, would limit the members to only one reply for that thread per 12 or 24 hours.

Something similar exists in the market place but based per forum,... but thats too restrictive.

If anyone wants to work on this, I am willing to pay$$.
