Q01: Is it the re a way to limit access to a Support Department to a given Non Admin Group? i.e. : Members in Group A could submit tickets only to Support Dept X and Members in Group(s) B and C could submit tickets only to Support Dept Y Q02: Is it possible to setup / limit public access to the profile of either a user or all users within a group? any help would be greatly appreciated - regards ...
