Is there a way to see users who have the same 2FA device?

Similar to devices used, except specific for 2FA. If someone gets banned, makes a new accounts and re-enables 2FA, I'd like to be able to see that (or even a setting to make that not able to happen)

Am I able to do either of those?

This largely depends on the 2FA method being used. If you're using a TOTP scheme such as Google Authenticator, it is impossible to determine if multiple users are using the same device, because each time it is set up, it is given a unique token.

If you are using a method where it sends the user an SMS, then you could compare the phone numbers being used.

I am using google auth. That answers that, I guess.
