Is there a way to view/edit custom filed in ACP Member list?

I've got a custom field that I'd love to be able to see in the Admin control Panel member list.. is there a way to control what fields show up in there?  Currently it's just Display Name, email, Joined, Group, IP Address...

Is there a plugin for this? Also, is there a plugin that lets you edit fields directly on this page instead of having to open up the entire user page?
