Highlighted (Header) Plugin needed.

I'm in a need of a quick plugin to this app which could correct this issue? Let me know your fee. thanks 

 

As you can see with the above image Collab app dose not feature highlight header.

As you can see with the below image IPB has a feature which highlights the header.

Anyone help me build a custom.css which will allow me to create a highlight header for my collab groups? Have updated information once again.
