Make email design responsive

Emails sent by the Invision community system, e.g. the initial confirmation email sent when users first sign up, do not seem to have responsive layout. On a mobile phone, the confirmation email text does not wrap. This means that the button/link to confirm/validate the registration is not in view. I think there is a risk that users may not realise they need to scroll to the right to find this button. 

Suggestion therefore: Make the email layout responsive by default. Page needs to wrap.
