Change Tabs And Forum Header

Hello all,

Hey maybe this has been posted, maybe it hasn't I looked for it. Where do I go to change the Tab's where it says Forum | Articles | Staff

also part 2 Where do I change where it says Forums on the main forums, the header tag. just under where it has the little house and says Home.

Also how to setup the forum where when someone replies to someone it auto notifies them, without them having to tick the little slider on, I'd rather them have to tick the notify slider off if they wish to not be notified of replies. 

There's a lot more things I need to learn how to change as well, however I don't want to overwhelm anyone. much appreciation for the answers.
