How do you enable reactions on posts?

It used to be that you could up / down vote at the bottom of a post, which has since been changed, apparently.  
On this forum I see the reactions in the upper right of the post, how do I enable that feature?
I've checked through the admin cp and can't seem to find it.

If it IS there I'm going to feel like a fool, but I've looked through every tab in there upwards of about 10 times, and I can't see where to enable it on posts.
 I can get it in status updates, but topic posts are still a no go for me.  Would you mind telling me which tab, and which setting?

Having the same issue, can't find how to turn like system on ever since I downloaded the new 4.23 version. Actually messed up my layout too on my forum

Just posts that are missing it ?

Go to Members > Groups > Edit each group as required and ensure that on the 'Social' tab that the Reputation section is set appropriately so it works.

Do you not see this (or similar!) when viewing the Reputation section in the ACP ?

Ensure that you have not excluded any groups that you did not intend to here.

If you do not see this page and / or it looks wildly different please post a screenshot if possible.

As above is your issue just in posts ? By this I mean it works elsewhere yes ?

Have any of you guys tried on the default theme? It may be your custom theme's fault.

Thats what it was, custom theme was outdated

IPS has changed the reputation system to reaction. There is no Upvote and Downvote button as default anymore; you have to create this manually.

Go to ACP > Members > Reputation and Reaction, then create new one as shown below. You can use the upvote and downvote icon I provided here.

After finished, it should look like this.

By the way, you can delete Like reaction as it is a default reaction. You can change the reputation of like to neutral if you would not want this to change the reputation point.

Further to this, if you would prefer the square ones from the last of the previous series (some do prefer these it seems), they were round at one point then changed to square...

Note provided for reference really as you'll likely have to alter/enlarge them to make them suitable for IPS4 anyway. But you can at least see their 'style' this way with regard to making new ones if required...
