Spam defense question

I started a new forum and imported many topics/posts with the api. Now I don't see a "New topic" or "Reply to topic" as the user importing the old topics and posts.

I think this is the spam defense, there was also a log entry in the spam defense log. The user is not flagged as spammer, but he can't post anything. Is there a way to unblock him?

 

Ok, fixed it now. It was the content limit per day for the group.
