Chrome notification popup - isn't working

Ok, so I use Chrome and the notification popup for other sites work fine.  For whatever reason, it won't work on my site, though I've approved it to do so.  Is there a setting somewhere in the forum software that I'm missing or anything else I should look at?

Also, it works here just fine as well when I come into the site, it pops up, makes the sound and tells me what I'm notified of.
