Ability to Change Blog Entry Owner

Currently IPS supports the ability to change the owner of a file in Downloads. However, the ability to change the author of a blog post is not supported. A blog entry can be moved to a different blog but the author of the blog entry remains the same. The ability to change the author of a blog post will be greatly appreciated and be consistent with other functionality.
