Editor Settings impact during Conversion

I've done an initial test conversion, and I noticed that the post messages have the "New Paragraph" look where it was just a new line on the previous software. 

If I edit this option to Go to next line, and convert again, will the previous look be retained? 

EDIT: Oh! Just saved the settings, and it's dynamically changed it back anyway  Winner!
