Can only log in to AdminCP via MacBook

I'm hoping someone can help me.  

I can't log in to my AdminCP to approve new members etc without being on my MacBook Pro.  Normally this isn't a problem but my concern is that if something happened to my device then I'm in trouble when it comes to accessing the forum.  Also, when travelling I always have to take this with me when all I really want to take is my iPad.  

I've tried logging in from my phone and also my wife's computer and still no luck.  I just keep getting the log in screen whenever I input my username and password correctly.  

Is there a way I can fix this?

you can try to reset your password or did you change anything or updated

I've updated the forum version but that's all.  I've never been able to log in anyway else though.
