Making images fit in box

Hi, hoping someone here can help me with this.

I'm trying to get the image in the screenshot below to fill the transparent box around it (I hope that makes sense)

If you goto http://www.hawtsauce.gg you'll see all images in the front page have the transparent box around them.

I cant seem to fix it
