Ads are too big on mobile & Themes dropdown is too low

First of all, the ads on mobile are too big and I don't know how to make them smaller, in order to fit the forum's width. Here is a picture: http://i.imgur.com/l2y2gh4.png

 

Second of all, if I press the "Themes" button to select a new theme, the drop-down is much lower than the actual button. Picture: http://i.imgur.com/dcWhxuU.png

So apparently all I had to do was add "min-width:400px;max-width:970px;width:100%;height:90px" and it fixed both of my problems.
