Referrals Question...

For those that have Referrals active. 

What happens when someone signs up under a refer ID for a SUBSCRIPTION/MONTHLY PAYMENT system?

Do they:

1. Get paid only on the first month OR

2. Get paid for each month the person is a member

 

Really curious to know the answer to this and how payouts work etc.
