gabs007 Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Ok, I think this is a simple idea that can be very very very helpful for starting communities. If someone is interested to create this, it could be a good idea and many young websites could take advantage of it. The idea is quite simple. In the ACP, the admin can select: URL with topic or comment ID Amount of time, for example 72 hours Select a list of users, or a group. ( for example 6 users, let's call them user1, user2 user3 for this example, but they could be john, marc, peter etc ) Divide users and time and this means, for example that every 12 hours, user1 will add a reputation point to the url, in 24 hours user2 will add a reputation point to the url etc. Don't forget something too. Member accounts should have their reputation numbers and "last visit" dates modified to cover inconsistencies . Admin could program a set of fake accounts to give random reputation to specific topics important for the Community. Admin could have 4 topics receiving reputation during a week. The admin could also create a new group taht could be assigned to certain "fake members" as secondary groups to make things easier and prevent the same accounts from always giving reputation. So with 3 secondary groups and mixed members, the reputation bulk process could be more realistic. I also have a name for the widget: "Bulk Reputation per Topic". If I didn't make myself very clear about this idea, let me know.
