Facebook Sync issue

So I got my app done via facebook and my account synced in to be able to use the facebook profile picture and that worked fine.

When I try to synced in my wife account I get this error:

App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

is there like a few days wait before the app works for everyone?

Never Mind I got it to work I forgot to review my app on facebook and it wasnt enable for the public (*facepalm*)
