Invitation system

Hi,

I'm looking for an invite system which can do the following:

1) Contain a widget which can be added to pages and allows members to enter an email address to send a link to that page to someone

2) Allows admins to import a CSV or text file of email addresses and send out invitations to these email addresses asking them to join

3) Allows members to manually invite friends

4) Allows members to import email addresses from their Gmail or Hotmail or Yahoo accounts and invite them

5) Tracks the progress / acceptance of the invited email addresses

I believe @Adriano Faria's Invite system has some similar parts of these in his Invite System application, but i'm wondering if anyone would be interested in doing the rest (or as a whole application)?  Or maybe Adriano is able to add them to his Invite system?
