Editing topic titles on mobile

So far as I can tell, when you're a mod / admin, the only way to edit a topic title while browsing is to long-click on the title itself. This doesn't work on mobile though (at least not on iOS)... is there another method?

Note that I am specifically referring to editing a topic by another user, I know editing your own first post actually gives you a topic text box.
