Having trouble with login handlers

I have Steam, Twitch and Facebook login handlers active. All three were working for me before the latest update.

 

Now when you try to login or sign up you get returned to a "The page you requested does not exist" that is with any of the three, all return the same error.

Any incite/help will be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what to do now. I made sure all CHMOD perms were correct and even re-uploaded the files for Twitch and Steam to no avail.

Think I may have figured it out, the files were CHMOD 0666 and I changed it to 0644 and it seemed to work.

So now the question is should I CHMOD all files in application folder to 0644 since I still have other things not working like donating through the shop, etc...
