Moderator option: prevent user from editing post

Hi guys,

 

I'm looking for very simple plugin, which will allow moderators to disable post edit  by its author for particular post(s).

For example: moderator is adding warning or mod. comment to some post, but post author may change post content after moderator action.

Could you help with such simple mod. plugin?
