Custom reputation

Hi,

I am looking for a plugin (or any working solution) with which I will be able to create a reputation system, not levels. By default I can choose from: likes, up/down reputation, only up and only down. I would like to be able to create/use a different reputation system. Can anyone help? I would be grateful!
