Generate goo.gl links once article has been created

I am looking for someone to code me a plugin where once I publish an article in IP.Contents, the article will show a GOO.GL shortened link for that article. This way, if the user wants to share this article, it can copy and paste the shortened GOO.GL link.

Please PM me if interested. Money is not an issue as long as it's reasonable and it can do exactly what we need.
