Pasting a link to a tweet not embedding properly

I'm having an issue where my users are posting a link to tweet and it fails to embed the entire tweet except on mobile devices.  On desktop browsers it is only showing the written text in the tweet and not any video or image that accommodates the tweet.

 

On IE the tweet embeds and perpetually expands horizontally as if stuck on the enter key

On Firefox Only the text displays

On Safari Only text displays

 

Any mobile browser works perfectly
