CP members export - Add Member Address as option

Is it possible to add the option to include members commerce address?

We have over 4000 members and we send out a printed newsletter each month. I currently pull a download direct from SQL DB (and that's a pain with the new address format in the DB.

This is a task I want a Non-Tech person to do each month.
