Adding more widget areas

Hi guys

 

I want to add like two columns of widgets (blocks) at the top of the forum index. One may be sized at 70% wide and other being 30%.

I tried adding more widgetContainer templates within dividers, but it doesn't save probably because adding a template isn't going to do it.

How could I be able to do this in IPS4?
