Manual Payment Method with a field

I want to offer coupon based payment methods like paysafecard amzon gift card ...

For this I need a field, where the user can enter his coupon.
In the ACP I should see the coupon code and can accept the invoice if he is valid.

Can I do this nativly or with a plugin?

And if no plugin exists, can anyone code one for lets say 30$?
