Our Facebook login is borked since this summer

I noticed that Facebook once again made changes and since Aug 8 members can t register via the login handler anymore

Can someone point me into the direction on how to make a new login handler compatible?

I can t find how to turn the app from dev mode to not dev mode on Facebook which is the error users are now getting when trying to register with their facebook credential

Never mind I figured it out, they pushed our login into dev mode because they needed a Privacy policy link and a terms of service link
