Issues with Posting Videos

Hi, we sent in a trouble report to get an issue sorted out but IPB informed us they no longer support this version of software we are using, 3.3.2. I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some information, or direct me as to where I can find information on how to fix a problem we recently came across. Rarely have we had problems with this version of software so we've kept it.  The problem that popped up 4 days ago, when members on the forum click on the Special BBC code icon and use Media to embed video's on a post, it is no longer working. It shows a dark vertical thick line where the video should be, or posts the link. If anyone has had this problem and can give me any information it would be greatly appreciated.
