Duble spacing in posts

Hello.
At the outset, I check that browsed the many subjects and have not found a satisfactory answer to my question.
Namely, how to remove the extra space in the new topics / replies that really irritate me and my users. The reference is to an additional paragraph (<p> </ p>). Baradzo I would like to delete posts that wyglkądały as in older versions forum (3.x.x). Where should I look for that to change this?
