Flash content viable?

Hello,

I would like people in my community to be able to include this type of flash replayer into their posts:

Under the replayer you can see a couple of options to manage this: Embed, Forum BB Code, Forum BB Code (Vbulletin).

What would be the best way to acomplish this?
