Where is the Subscription manager ?

Recently purchased ipb 4, hosted via community in the cloud.

The guide says " First, you need to set up IP.Downloads and Nexus by going to your AdminCP > Other Apps > Downloads > Paid Files Settings. "

In my Admincp there is no 'other apps'.  I cant find it anywhere.  Why isnt there a subscriptions section in the admin cp?

I think right now subscriptions are considered products. Setup a product that has an auto-renew amount attached.

I think they're coming out with separate subscriptions in 4.1.13 if I read correctly, though.
