Request: Block Changes and Updates.

I love the fact that we can finally have blocks all over the forum, but there are still room for some improvement that I believe should come as standard.

1. Custom Blocks: The ability to add your own custom blocks using text, html and php as standard (without the need of another plug-in). Options to add CSS styles and definable for different groups. These blocks should have their own custom templates.
2. Caching: The ability to cache (for a definable amount of time) or not to cache blocks. At the moment all the blocks are cached and this isn't really desirable in some cases. For Example: I would like it so the the latest posts block isn't cacheable with everything else
3. Ajax loading: Would like the ability to have blocks load using Ajax or JQuery instead of using page load function to update blocks.
