Converting design to MyBB of IPB

I have a forum that runs on MyBB and I want to move it to IPB including foundation and its design.
There is a tool that does the job?

I am currently doing the same. However since the two forum systems and themes are so different you can't automatically transfer any design. I am basically re-creating my MyBB theme by modifying the original IPB theme, mostly just by copy pasting the CSS.

There are no tools available. As Rolle mentioned, themes will need to be recreated from scratch.

And conversion tools who  IPB 2 to ipb 4 ?

There are no conversion tools for any software. If you are upgrading from older versions of IPB (2.x or 3.x), you'll still need to recode your 4.x theme from scratch.

Database and can match those of 2 and 4 ?
