Disable carousel in gallery for specific album?

Greetings,

I have a gallery that is not view-able to regular members but the images within the gallery are. If they are linked to an image/video they see the image, but the carousel allows them to navigate the entire gallery. How do I disable this?

EDIT: This custom theme CSS will work for now but any tech savvy users can easily bypass this:
