My index.php keeps getting changed.

So while putting up my ipb forums My index.php keeps getting redirect to a leak of all my user name and passwords. Does anyone know how to fix and secure it?

Sounds like your site has been compromised if it's showing username/passwords.. Not good.

I'd suggest you change your FTP/cpanel username and password to something unique and difficult, reupload the entire suite and delete any files which look suspicious. Also be sure to make an announcement to your members to let them know that they should change their passwords.
