dalbert Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 After the 4.10 upgrade (from 4.9) my users have reported this evening that the store returns a dropped connection message or can't open page .... Investigating further, I see the same messages under the ACP. Need suggestions on how to proceed - I have opened case, but don't expect that they will read it till the morning. Should I manually re-install, and if so what is the best procedure for re-installing the same version over itself ( which version should be downloaded - full or upgrade - and and where is the appropriate place to extract the archive and do the install)? Thanks.
